Painless labour

Is it possible?
yes
so many studies has been done on this topic.
meta analysis says painless labour is quite possible in centres where anaesthetist, gynecologist, patient ,nurse ,paediatrician work as a team round the clock .
nitrous oxide plus oxygen combination -patient controlled/doctor decided dose anaesthesia
ketamine
fortwin plus phenargan
tramadol
some GA drugs
epidural top ups with bupivacaine
many options are available.
risks complications must be outweighed with advantages then only it becomes popularise.
please put your experiences here in comments about painful or pain less labour/delivery

Define" Labour" vs "delivery"

There is a difference between these two terms "labour" and "delivery "
Labour: Term is used when strenuous process is involved in expulsion of fetus through vagina
Delivery : Term is used when the fetus is extracted from either abdominal route or vaginal route with or with out strenuous work by pregnant.
Delivery is term used in broad sense
Labour is used in certain condition.
labour term can be included in delivery but delivery term should not be included in labour in all conditions. In other words all labour process can be come under delivery but all deliveries can not be put under labour.
I hope I might be succeeded to explain minute difference between these two main terms
